Junior Coaching

This coaching is for athlete’s who are between the ages of 15 and 19. The Monthly Coaching is catered towards athletes who are looking for consistent training in sprints and horizontal jumps. This training is 2-3 days a week for a duration of 60-90 minutes. Athletes will train in groups of up to 15 people per session and will join in with the session theme of that time e.g. accelerations, resisted runs, max velocity etc..

One to One Coaching

The One to One Coaching will be delivered by head coach Adam McMullen and will be 60-90 minutes long. The focus of the session will be on movement efficiency and biomechanics with interventions set in place to increase performance. These sessions can include; acceleration, resisted running, max velocity running and plyometrics. During this session Adam will also provide information on the best reps, sets and volume for future sessions or help plan out how your training should look going forward.

U23 and Senior Coaching

This coaching is for athlete’s who are older than Junior (turning 20 years or older for the coming competitive season). The Monthly Coaching is catered towards athletes who are looking for consistent training in sprints and horizontal jumps. This training is 2-3 days a week for a duration of 60-90 minutes. Athletes will train in groups of up to 10 people per session and will join in with the session theme of that time e.g. accelerations, resisted runs, max velocity etc..
