Summer Endurance/ Fitness Training

This squad will take place once per week for one hour and will run for 10 weeks, starting Monday the 5th of June and finishing on Monday the 7th of August. The training will be from 5.30pm - 6.30pm. This will be for children aged 8-13 and will be a great opportunity to learn some key skills for endurance running; such as, pace making, running technique and aerobic endurance. The sessions will take place at the Queens Playing Fields behind the MPT and at the ‘Bowl’.
