Summer Sprint Training
This sessions will take place once per week for one hour and will run for 10 weeks starting Sunday the 21st of April and finishing on Sunday the 23rd of June. The training will be from 10am - 11am and will take place on the MPT. This will ideally be for children aged 10-14 and will be a great opportunity to learn some key skills for sprint training, such as: acceleration abilities, plyometrics, max velocity running and sprint technique.
The venue is the Mary Peters Track and the coach will be Caitlin Maguire. If any training sessions need to be cancelled due to weather, exclusive track bookings or public holidays, then an extra week will be added on to the 10 week competition date.
