Youngstars

(Ages 8–13)

Youngstars is a fun, engaging programme designed to introduce children to sprinting, jumping, and throwing. Sessions focus on developing speed, coordination, and confidence through structured, age-appropriate coaching. We create a supportive environment where all abilities are welcome, and every child is encouraged to improve, enjoy movement, and grow their athletic potential

Tuesdays; 5pm-6pm Mary Peters Track

Wednesdays; 5pm-6pm Mary Peters Track

Wednesdays; 6pm-7pm Mary Peters Track

Saturdays; 1pm-2pm Mary Peters Track

 

Rules for Youngstars Athletes

  • Children must listen to and respect the coach.

  • Children Must be over 8 years old.

  • Children must respect the rules of the track (i.e. no messing or running across lanes or disrupting other athletes).

  • Please make sure your child is appropriately dressed. (If wearing shorts and t-shirt please wear a tracksuit over the top and a coat).

  • Please make sure your child is at the track for prompt start and picked up on time.

  • It is advisable to send water with your child to training to keep him/her hydrated.
